Classes & Workshops

Sign up for a workshop and create your own unique fashion item. Whether you've never sewn before or you've been sewing for years, there's something here for you.

Check the class schedule for days and times.

Sewing Level Definitions
Beginner: You've never sewn before, perhaps you thought sewing machines were an urban legend (they aren't), or you haven't sewn since you were a wee lad or lassie.
Advanced Beginner: You've gained some confidence using the machine. You can thread it, bobbin it, (and clear the jammed thread out of it!), and have completed some simple projects with it. (If you've completed Sewing Basics I & II, you can consider yourself an "Advanced Beginner!")
Intermediate: You are comfortable using the sewing machine on different fabrics, have used different stitches, and know basic construction techniques, and hopefully have completed some sewing projects.
Advanced: You have some experience with more complicated garments such as pants, set-in sleeves, facings, and linings. You want to continue exploring different or challenging fabrics, and cutting, sewing, and finishing techniques.

New workshops are continually being added to this page...
